Leslie Cardoso
August 13 1972 - September 8 2005

This picture was taken 5 days before she passed away

This online memorial was created in loving memory of Leslie Cardoso, whose life story is told throughout this memorial website. Please sign Leslie's guest book and let us know you came to visit. We will remember Leslie forever.

Leslie was my best friend and in a year her and I became very close. She was to attend my wedding but instead spent her Birthday in Antigua visiting family, calling me often. When she returned she expressed to me that she wanted to be buried on a hill in the mountains overlooking the valley. She stated that it was the most awsome site ever. Leslie passed away on September 8th 2005, from complications of an asthma attack. My husband and I were the last ones to see her alive. She visited my husband, then a mechanic, because she thought something was wrong with her car. As we all know there was something always wrong with that car. She said she may come and visit that weekend and the next day she didnt come to work. I called her on her cell and to no avail she was not answering. I didnt fear the worst (who does) . When the news came at 4pm that Leslie had passed, I was in shock. I will never forget her or the daughter she left behind. I miss her everyday. Everyday something reminds me of her. A laugh or a butterfly or even a cloud that passed through the sky.

Leslie J Cardoso, will never be forgotten.
